Deep
Bay is a private financial and fiduciary corporation (bank
non bank) established in Mexico to promote
and to act as a fiduciary and legal coordinating holding company
for investments in pure financial instruments and Mexican
development projects. Deep Bay owns and manages over 1 Billion
in assets and plan to expand their activities to the rest
of Latin America with Mexico as the portal.
Acting
as a Financial Integrator, Deep Bay via its business model
avoids Mexico country risk by wrapping projects
with international financial guarantees, providing capital
and reducing project specific risk by aggressive
supervision and applying U.S. best business standards while
bringing known and qualified individuals to act as partners
and as the project developers and executors.
In order
to fulfill its mandate and legal obligations as fiduciary
and lead investor, Deep Bay itself has several level
of continued oversight from banks that may act as
additional fiduciaries, external auditor such as Baker McKenzie
and corporate governance that provides continual accountability
to investors.
In addition
to the structural oversight of Deep Bay as a corporation,
each individual project has its own structured oversight,
continued external audit and governance to U.S. standards
that is locked into the main corporate accountability.
